n. thinking again about a previously made choice
The judges' reconsideration of her performance resulted in her victory.

- Endow
v. to equip or bestow (usu. a quality or ability)
According to the myth, the gods endowedhim with the gift of healing.

- Disparage
v. to belittle or speak down to
A good boss is stern but never disparageshis or her employees.
