Scrutinize Eloquent Deficient

- Scrutinize
v. to examine carefully and critically
The teacher scrutinized her students' essays.

- Eloquent
adj. having refined or expressive communication skills (in speaking or writing)
His speech was not only eloquent but also extremely compelling.

- Deficient
adj. not enough in degree or amount
I feel as though the sources for my paper are deficient.
