Opine Exert Concede

- Opine
v. to openly express an opinion
The new employee opined at the company meeting.

- Exert
v. to put into use (usu. as effort)
Don't exert all of your energy at once.

- Concede
v. to be forced to agree or surrender v. to admit to a transgression
With no chance of winning the battle, the army at last conceded. Dan conceded to pranking his sister.
