Exploit Fiscal Sparingly

- Exploit
v. to use selfishly or for profit
The shoddy company exploited its workers by paying them extremely low wages.

- Fiscal
adj. related to (government) money
Fiscal policy is how the government uses money to influence the economy.

- Sparingly
adv. insufficiently, meagerly, or in a restricted manner
Due to my condition, I must eat salt sparingly.
